Voyeur - An Amazing Illusion by David Copperfield

David Copperfield is inarguably the greatest illusionist of our time. Voyeur is an amazing illusion performed routinely in DC's live shows. Watch it and be amazed!

Now how does he do that? Well,I really have no idea. But its something with the dark background for sure. They also don't allow any audience in the back.

Actually, truth be told there are people behind the illusion. This special was shot "in the round" which means there are people all around the 360° stage (you can clearly see them behind the illusion throughout). That said, it makes the illusion all that much better.

A videomontage, which also proves the people in the back as well as all other sitting around the stage during the show to be dummies. A pity that D.C. stooped to use such kind of tricks.

Yes I am disappointed when illusionists go to these extremes. My understanding is that for the T.V. specials they use dummy/paid audience and video editing to make the trick seem more "impossible".

When D.C. introduced the host of the emmys? 2010 he made him appear from behind some panels, clearly a portion of the trick was pre-recorded for the viewers at home only.
